Fuck

I keep refusing to get better but I do have some news.

So my resignation with Levy happened last night, I basically can't deal with two jobs and having to try to get better a the same time, so something had to give. No big deal right?

Well at the beginning of the week I had to take a drug test, no big deal right, well I had taken some cough syrup with codeine in it and despite being told twice before taking the test that that wouldn't be a problem, I hear today that yes, yes it actually is a problem and unless I can supply evidence of a doctor's visit and a prescription, in my name, they will submit the test as failed.

I can't do that, mostly because it wasn't mine and was  leftover from another illness from months ago. So if my new jobs HR department wants they can screw me and on Monday I could be out of a job.

Hope isn't lost, my boss knows I have been sick because he has worked with me over the last couple of days so he will hopefully put a word in for me with the HR department, maybe I have to retake the test or something, I dunno, but there is a very real possibility that I am unemployed come next week.

Fuck.
