Vacation

I am on vacation! I return home tomorrow unfortunately, but am writing this from a hotel room in Seattle, Zena and I come here once or twice a year basically as a change of scenery for a bit and it is usually a good time, we mostly eat at nice restaurants and hang out watching bad TV in the hotel room, and this trip was no exception.

Except we have both been sick, I caught a bit of a cold a week or two ago and got over it, Zena got her own illness last week and is still coughing, and I am pretty sure I have a fever now, it has lessened our enthusiasm for things, but has still been a pretty decent week all things considered.

Traditionally we visit Pike Place Market, where I look around for whatever and Zena gets Piroshki, then we head over to the pier and look at stuff, check out the Curiosity Shop, and eat at Ivar's and at the Crab Pot which we like because you can order a large bowl of seafood that they dump on your table and you eat it with your hands and a mallet, we appreciate that.

Tonight was donuts and watching Gotham, and tomorrow we hop the bus in the early afternoon to return home, hopefully without being sick with the death, but we'll see.
