Scott Walker, and a list of breakup songs

So Scott Walker suspended his presidential campaign today, citing lack of funds, see while he has the backing of the Koch brothers Super PAC, his campaign itself was still relying on donations to do things like pay its staff, and since his uninspiring debate performances in which he didn't even seem creatively evil and also looked like a partially melted butter sculpture, his big name guys are beginning to look elsewhere too. This pleases me, as he is easily one of the top three or four worst possible choices for president along with Bobby Jindal, Ted Cruz, and Mike Huckabee. His failure despite theoretically unlimited funds is an argument in favor of grass roots democracy.
Somebody, and I can't recall who, posted on my Facebook feed about it with a link to "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" Yes that is the full title, it is a pretty appropriate song for the occasion I think. And it got me pondering other good Fuck Off songs, I came up with a few of my favorites, and will list them now:

Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye - Steam

Steam only really had this one hit, but sports fans and anyone who ever got out of any kind of bad relationship will be forever in their debt, it's upbeat, fun, and insulting. A breakup song only in that the singer is asking the subject to break up with (presumably)her current man because he is totally a better option, and if the lyrics are to be trusted, he seems like a cool dude.

Red Rubber Ball - The Cyrkle

Technically not a one hit wonder, but no one ever remembers their other Billboard hit and I couldn't even be bothered to look it up, this track is a bit more bitter and definitely directed at an ex, but the beat puts a spring in your step anyway and it has an optimistic outlook that I can appreciate.

Fuck You - Cee Lo Green

Those who know me know I love this song, I love Motown throwback stuff and Cee Lo did a really nice job here, the subject of the song is a bit unclear, is he saying fuck you to the girl? To the guy dating her? Both? Probably both, and he comes off as very immature when you actually listen to the lyrics, dude, she dumped you for being poor, it happens, deal with it. But damn if it doesn't rock for anytime you are mad at someone.

No Scrubs - TLC

Strangely appropriate when applied to Walker, as he is basically the fakest scrub "hanging out the passenger side of his best friends ride, trying to holler at me" Is pretty much the metaphor for his entire campaign, the song is just a great diss track in general and there is a polish there that we don't see too often from the pop acts anymore.

Somebody that I Used to Know - Gotye

The hardest to pronounce artist on my list tonight, Gotye moans about how harsh his ex is on him, when she does things like gets her stuff from the apartment when he isn't there, or changes her number. Obviously Gotye is Scott Walker, though Gotye may not appreciate the comparison, the best part is of course when Kimbra rips him a new one and tells him exactly why she did what she did, and he totally deserves it guys, and so does Walker, that and more.
