Worked, then shopped, and now I am cooking, work in the morning is gonna suck a bit I think, since I stall have about an hour of cooking to do and it is almost three, at least it shouldn't be very long of a shift tomorrow.
Holiday events start for me tomorrow, and I am not going into things with enough energy, gonna be wiped out a bit I think. Sorry in advance for those who are around while I take a nap.
Ah well, it isn't all bad, I still get to see family and give/receive gifts, which is generally pretty fun, plus the food, I made Cioppino tonight, which is a rich seafood stew, it will sit overnight and the flavors will be nice and blended when we eat tomorrow.
Could have gotten things done a bit earlier, but I napped after work, then Zena and I decided we needed a small date night to ourselves after we finished our Christmas shopping, then I read a book peacefully, the last time for a couple days I will be able to do that, there are multiple ways to recharge and sleep is sometimes the least important of them.
All in all things could be worse, going to skip my post tomorrow night and spend Christmas Eve not thinking about my computer. Happy Holidays to everyone and I will be back with the usual ranting in a day or so.
